Niamh O'Reilly Niamh O'Reilly has overall responsibility for the co-ordination of the AONTAS membership development programme, in line with the objectives of the Strategic Plan. She works in consultation with the AONTAS members, Executive Committee, and staff to strengthen and develop the membership base of AONTAS.
