Jacinta Cuthbert
Head of Organisational Development
Jacinta is responsible in collaboration with the Director for human resources and the financial management of the organisation. She works as part of the management team which is responsible for the development of structures and processes to support and enable best working practices for the organisation and the staff team members. She works directly with the Director, Officer Board and Executive Committee on future policy direction and implementation. Jacinta also has overall responsibility for the management and maintenance of all office systems, office procedures and technical resources. Since the inception in 2006, Jacinta holds the position of national co-ordinator of the Adult Learners' Festival.
