Community Education Network meeting-Local and European Elections 2009

The next Community Education Network meeting will take place on Wednesday, 13th May 2009 from 10am - 4pm. The meeting will be run as part of the final day of the training links programme that members of the network have been involved in around the country. It will be an opportunity to share experiences from the lobbying training and to prepare for the local election campaign.
The Network will be open to AONTAS members that are:
Local, self-managed, independent community education organisation that is committed to raising the profile of, and lobbying for, a community education sector that is committed to social change.
The next meeting of the Network is
Wednesday 13th May in St Andrews Resource Centre, 114-116 Pearse Street Dublin 2
The meeting will focus on lobbying and will provide a space for reflection and discussion.
This is the only National Network dedicated to Community Education.
