Jim is currently Vice President of AONTAS and was first elected to the Executive Committee in 2012. He has been actively involved in community based adult education in Limerick City for almost 30 years. Following 12 years volunteering in Moyross Jim became Coordinator of the Southill Family Resource Centre (FRC), a position he has held for 12 years.

Tara is currently Honorary Secretary of AONTAS, a position she has held since 2016. Tara is the Deputy CEO of Longford Women's Link (LWL), a community centre that provides a wide range of services to women in Longford and the surrounding areas, including education and training.

Gabriel is serving his second term on the AONTAS Executive committee, having been first elected in 2015 and re-elected in 2017. A resident of County Clare, he has been active in his local community for the last 50 years and has had involvement in both regional organisations and national organisations.

She currently works as an Adult Guidance Coordinator/Guidance Counsellor with Waterford & Wexford Education and Training Board (WWETB), a position she has held for 10 years. In her current role she supports adults to make informed choices about their education and training options.

Liz was coopted to the AONTAS Executive Committee in 2016. She is one of five Adult Education Officers (AEOs) working with City of Dublin Education and Training Board (CDETB). She manages and supports the adult education team including Adult Literacy Organisers, adult education guidance personnel, and community education staff and tutors in the areas encompassing Crumlin, Inchicore, Rialto, Ballyfermot and surrounding areas.
