This event will bring together key stakeholders in adult education to discuss improving the implementation of Upskilling Pathways as part of the Partner Up project. Introduced in 2016, the Upskilling Pathways initiative aims to address the learning needs of many people in Europe to acquire a minimum level of literacy, numeracy and digital skills and progress towards an upper secondary qualification or equivalent. It follows a three-step process of assessing skills of the person then providing tailored learning with validation and recognition.
Your participation will influence policy recommendations at the European Level and will be presented at the final Partner Up conference in October.
Partner UP aims to improve the implementation of Upskilling Pathways for the benefit of adult learners and to increase their participation in lifelong learning opportunities. The project seeks to create approaches and mechanisms for stakeholder engagement, setting up cooperation and developing road maps, both on national and European levels.
