On the One Step Up Calendar we promote open days and information sessions hosted by Education and Training Boards, further education and training colleges, community centres, third level institutes and other learning centres all over the country. In 2018 approximately 7,000 people used One Step Up to find out about nearly 600 events nationwide. These events were submitted by adult and community education providers across Ireland via the One Step Up Calendar.
So if you are an education provider, why not put yourself on the One Step Up map and help us to promote lifelong learning opportunities for people in Ireland? AONTAS promotes your local events across our social media platforms which had a combined reach of over 1.7 million people in 2018.
How to use the One Step Up Calendar:
For adult and community education organisations One Step Up provides a unique national platform to inform thousands of people about your organisation’s work and to attract potential learners. Event details for open days, information sessions, promotional activities, registration days, and education & training fairs can be uploaded easily and quickly to the calendar.
All you have to do is go to Promote an Event on the website and enter basic information about your event:
