AONTAS membership is open to individuals and organisations involved in adult and community education, providing access to national advocacy, policy updates, networking opportunities, and events that promote lifelong learning across Ireland.

Our Community Education Network (CEN) membership is specifically for independently managed community education organisations that are learner-centred and founded by grass roots members. While AONTAS offers broad support and representation for all adult learning stakeholders, CEN operates as a network within AONTAS focused on supporting and strengthening the community education sector through collective action, shared practice, and policy influence.

If you are an AONTAS member and meet the criteria to be a CEN member, you are automatically a member of the CEN also. If organisations want to be members of the CEN solely, they can sign up by contacting

Larisa Sioneriu lsioneriu@aontas.com

For any membership-related queries, please contact our Membership Officer at membership@aontas.com or call our main office on 01-4068220.
