This is a really important meeting as it will include a funding workshop with inputs from funders and those involved in processing funding applications to support CEN members to increase their opportunities around accessing funding.
We would love for you to join us at the meeting as we celebrate Bríd Connolly, Catherine Aylmer, Marian Donegan, Anne Flannery and Pauline McGaley, all of whom have recently retired or plan to retire. These five women were involved with the AONTAS Community Education Network (CEN) since its inception and have made huge contributions to community education locally and nationally over a number of decades.
We will hear from Nessa White, Director of Transformation, SOLAS who will give an input on the Mitigating Against Educational Disadvantage Fund (MAEDF). This is a brilliant opportunity for CEN members to share the impact that the fund made for your learners, and also share some of the challenges of the fund.
Frances Haworth, Head of Grants, Donor Care & Impact, with the Community Foundation for Ireland, will also provide tips, guidance and opportunities that will be of use to community education providers.
This meeting is for AONTAS Community Education Network (CEN) members only. If you would like to join the CEN or for more information visit: https://www.aontas.com/community/community-education-network
