We are delighted to invite members to join us for the AONTAS AGM on Wednesday 3rd June 2026 in the The Dean Docklands Hotel (Formerly The Mayson), 81–82 North Wall Quay, Dublin 1.

The deadline to register is Monday 1^st June 2026.

Capacity is limited so register your attendance early to secure your place.

AGM Pack

This is essential reading before attending the AGM.

The AGM Pack 2026 contains all the key documents members need in advance of the meeting. This includes the official notice and agenda, minutes from the previous AGM, and a proxy form for those unable to attend. It also provides important information on Board voting and elections, details of the AONTAS Constitutional Review, and the Annual Report, including audited accounts and the Directors’ Report.

The AGM will take place at The Dean Docklands, 81/82 North Wall Quay, Dublin D01 XR83.

Registration opens at 9.30am and the AGM begins at 10.00am.

Getting There

We recommend travelling by public transport where possible.

The venue is located just around the corner from The Point stop on the Luas Red Line and is also within walking distance of Dublin Bus and DART services.

Parking is available nearby at Point Village Car Park at €4.20 per hour.
